Emlivo Platform Terms of Use and Service Rules

By using Emlivo, you agree to the terms of use and service conditions set out below. Please read this text before using the service. If you do not accept these terms, we kindly ask you not to use the service.
1. Description of the Service
- •Emlivo is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate visuals, videos and text for real estate listings, and also provides messaging and tracking tools.
- •The features of the service may be updated, improved or modified from time to time.
2. Account and Responsibility
- •You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- •You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- •You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
3. Acceptable Use
- •You may not use the service for any purpose that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
- •You represent that you hold the rights to use any photographs and other content you upload.
- •Generated visuals and videos are for promotional purposes and may not reflect reality exactly. When using this content in your listings, you should take care not to be misleading.
4. Content and Rights
- •The content you upload belongs to you. You grant us the right to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- •You may use the outputs you generate in your own listing and marketing activities.
5. Subscription, Trial Period and Payment
- •Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Every subscription starts with a 7 (seven) day trial; a $1 trial fee is charged at the start of the trial, and the plan fee is not charged during the trial.
- •If you cancel before the trial ends, the plan fee is not taken; the $1 trial fee already charged is non-refundable. At the end of the trial, unless cancelled, the price of your selected plan is automatically charged to your saved card and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period.
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time from the "Billing" section; cancellation stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the current period. Full pricing and refund conditions are set out on the "Delivery and Refund Terms" page.
- •Payments are processed securely through our payment service provider; your card details are not stored by Emlivo.
6. Limitation of Liability
- •The service is provided "as is". The accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose of the generated content is not guaranteed.
- •Emlivo cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
7. Changes
- •These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page; your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Listing and Content Responsibility
- •Legal liability for the accuracy, authenticity and publication of all listings, content and information created by members (real estate agents) on the Platform belongs to the member who created the content. Emlivo is in no way responsible for any inaccuracy, error, omission and/or non-compliance in this content and information. To obtain detailed information about listings and content created by members, we kindly ask you to contact the member (agent) who posted the listing. Accordingly, Emlivo declares that the listings, content and information on the Platform do not constitute a commitment on behalf of Emlivo.
- •Emlivo reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to unilaterally update, modify or discontinue the site, its content, and any services, products and information offered. Emlivo bears no responsibility for any errors that may exist or arise on the Platform.
