Emlivo Privacy Policy and User Data Security
Emlivo ("we", "the platform") is an AI-powered service that generates promotional content for real-estate professionals and helps manage social-media messages. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Last updated: 12 Haziran 2026.
1. Data We Collect
- •Account information: email address, full name, company name, phone, title and profile photo.
- •Content data: listings you create, photos you upload, and the generated video/image/text/audio.
- •Connection data: the access token, account ID and username provided by Meta when you connect your Instagram account.
- •Messaging data: when you use the Instagram inbox feature, the content of incoming and outgoing direct messages (DMs), sender ID and timestamps.
- •API keys: your service keys (e.g. Google AI) are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to our servers.
2. How We Use Data
- •To provide the service: generate listing content, display incoming messages and create AI reply suggestions.
- •Instagram messaging: read the direct messages of the connected account, show them in your inbox, and send replies with your approval or your auto-reply setting.
- •AI replies: produce a suitable draft reply using the incoming message and your knowledge base.
- •To manage your account and ensure security.
3. Third-Party Services
- •Supabase — database and file storage (user data, listings, messages).
- •Google (Gemini) — text/image generation and AI replies.
- •Kie.ai (Google Gemini 2.5 Pro TTS) — voice generation.
- •Meta / Instagram — account connection and messaging (Instagram API).
- •Google / YouTube — account connection and uploading the videos you generate to your own channel.
- •Vercel — application hosting.
- •Only the data required to perform the relevant operation is shared with these services. Each service's own privacy policy applies.
4. Instagram / Meta Data
- •When you connect your Instagram account, with Meta's permission we access only business basics and messages (instagram_business_basic, instagram_business_manage_messages).
- •Direct message data is used solely to provide the inbox and AI reply features; it is never sold or shared for advertising.
- •You can end the connection at any time via "Disconnect"; the access token is then deleted and new messages are no longer processed.
5. YouTube / Google Data
- •When you connect your YouTube account, we ask only for permission to upload the videos you generate to your own channel and to show your channel name and profile image in the panel. You always set each video's title, description and privacy setting.
- •Information obtained through this connection is used solely to provide this feature; it is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
- •Emlivo's use of information received from this connection adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The connection is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
- •You can end the YouTube connection at any time via "Disconnect" or from your Google account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions); access is then removed and no further action is taken on your channel.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
- •Generated media files are automatically deleted from storage after 5 days.
- •To delete your account or data, email destek@emlivo.com; your request will be processed within a reasonable time.
- •When you disconnect Instagram or YouTube, the related access permission and connection record are removed.
7. Cookies
- •Essential cookies are used for session management. No marketing tracking cookies are used.
8. Your Rights
- •You have the right to access, correct and request deletion of your data. Contact destek@emlivo.com for any request.
