GDPR Privacy Notice - Emlivo Data Protection Policy

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and equivalent GDPR principles, we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed. As the data controller, Emlivo processes your personal data within the purposes and limits described below in line with its data protection policy.

1. Personal Data We Process

  • •Identity and contact information: first and last name, e-mail, phone number, company name / job title.
  • •Account and usage information: the listings you create, the images you upload and the content you generate.
  • •Basic information and messages belonging to the accounts you optionally connect.

2. Purposes of Processing

  • •Providing the service and managing your account.
  • •Generating the content you request (images, videos, text).
  • •Responding to your support requests and communicating with you.
  • •Ensuring the security of the service and fulfilling our legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis

  • •Your data is processed on the basis of the conclusion and performance of a contract, legitimate interest, your explicit consent and the obligations arising from the applicable legislation.

4. Transfer of Data

  • •Your data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service, and only with service providers that are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • •Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention Period

  • •Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and within the statutory retention periods; at the end of that period it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

  • •To learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it and to request its correction.
  • •To request the deletion or destruction of your data.
  • •To object to any outcome that is to your detriment as a result of processing carried out solely by automated systems.
  • •You can contact us to exercise your rights.

7. Applications

  • •You can submit your requests under KVKK and applicable data protection rules to us by e-mail; your request will be concluded within a reasonable period of time.
